Term Dates and holidays

Staff Training Days 2026-27 (school closed to pupils):
- Training Day 1: Thursday 3rd September 2026.
- Training Day 2: Friday 4th September 2026.
- Training Day 3: Wednesday 7th October 2026.
Summer Holiday 2026: The holiday period is Wednesday 22nd July to Wednesday 2nd September. Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th September are staff training days, so school is closed (but the Office is open for enquiries). School re-opens for the new school year on Monday 7th September (note that separate letters will be sent to Nursery and Reception families, with details of staggered starts).
Start of Autumn Term 2026: The children return to school, for the start of the new school year, on Monday 7th September.
Training Day: Wednesday 7th October. The school will be closed to pupils on this day.
October half term 2026: The holiday period is Monday 26th October to Friday 30th October. Return to school on Monday 2nd November.
Christmas & New Year break 2026-27: Break-up on Friday 18th December. The holiday period is Monday 21st December until Friday 1st January. Return to school on Monday 4th January 2027.
Spring half-term 2027: The holiday period is Monday 15th February to Friday 19th February. Return to school on Monday 22nd February.
Easter holiday 2027: Break up on Thursday 25th March. The holiday period is Friday 26th March until Friday 9th April. Return to school on Monday 12th April. This holiday period includes two Bank Holidays - Good Friday on 26th March and Easter Monday on Monday 29th March.
Early-May Bank Holiday 2027: Monday 3rd May. All schools will be closed on this day.
Summer half-term 2027: Monday 31st May until Friday 4th June. Monday 31st is a Bank Holiday. Return to school on Monday 7th June.
Summer holiday 2027: Last day of term is Wednesday 21st July 2027. First day of the Summer holiday is Thursday 22nd July.
Arrangements for the start of Autumn Term 2027: These will be posted as soon as we have them.
